He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Hoffmann and Amanda Hoffmann (Himsel); his siblings, Dorie Roberts (Howard), Alfred Hoffmann and Richard Hoffmann; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Bosley and Paul McGiveney.
He is survived by: his former wife Rebecca Hanger; his wife Becky Hoffman of Loogootee; his son Ryan Hoffman (Dawn) of Greenwood; his grandchildren, Bryce and Brie Hoffman; his pets, Grayson and Lucky; his granddaughter Chassidy Collins (Tye); his great grandchild Kennedy Rose; his sister Margaret McGiveney of Paoli; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Hoffmann and Alma Wagoner; and his nephew Eric Wagoner. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
