He was predeceased by: his parents, Rowan McGrath and Clara Ellen McGrath (Light); his wife Carolyn S. McGrath; his grandson Brian Walczak; and his sisters, Jean Springer (Al), Mary Ethel Barber (Howard) and Bette McGrath.
He is survived by: his children, Jacquelyn F. Richardville, James R. McGrath (Dawn A.), John K. McGrath (Shirley), Jerry D. Beasley, Joe T. Beasley and Susan E. McGrath (Cynthia); and his brother Jude McGrath. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
