It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John F. Roedel of Loogootee, Indiana, who passed away on August 12, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jacob Roedel and Mina Mabel Roedel (Duncan); and his wife Carolyn May Longworth (Allen). He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Ann Smith (Bernie) and Monica Lynn Roedel (Rick Gallagher); his stepchildren, Mildred Lee Strawn (Mike) of Sebring, FL and William Stephen Longworth (Gale); his grandchildren, Mallory Cotterman (Joshua), Thomas "Sonny" Strawn (Andrea), Richard Strawn (Autumn), Kim Voellinger (Longworth) and Tammy George (Bill); and his great grandchildren, Bailey, Emma Voellinger, Kathryn, Sarah George, Oliver, Loxley Cotterman, Macey Baxter and Grace Hadley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hindostan United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund.
