He was predeceased by: his father John Kenneth. He is survived by: his mother Janet Sue Elizabeth Hembree (Street) of Loogootee; his wife Paula Hembree of Loogootee; his children, Nick Hembree (Allison) of Loogootee, Emma Frye (Ethan) of Loogootee and Alex Hembree (Logan) of Odon; his grandchildren, Mylee, Maycee, Cash, Colt Hembree, Liam Frye and Baby Girl Frye; and his siblings, Debbi Davis (Greg) of Loogootee, Beck Robertson (Tom) of Haysville and Junior Hembree (Cindy) of Haysville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
