She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Buckthal and Helen Buckthal (Meyer); her brother Frank Buckthal; and her sister-in-law Diane Buckthal. She is survived by: her sons, Brent Courter (Melissa) of Loogootee and Jeff Courter of Lafayette, California; her grandchildren, Kyleigh, Breanna Courter, Lily and Noah Courter; her brother Allen Buckthal of Freelandville; and her sister-in-law Vicky Buckthal of Freelandville.
