She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hoskings and Ida Blalock (Rischer); and her husband Freddie Bell. She is survived by: her children, Randy Bell (Wendie) of Fulton, MO, Rhonda Parker (Mark) of Odon, IN and Ryan Bell (Tonya) of Mt. Vernon, IN; her grandchildren, Ashlie, Stephan, Mary Chris, Brittney, Lacy and Jerimiah; her great grandchildren, Rebecca and Roseann; her sister Irene Schmidt; and her nieces, Kendra, Cynthia and Danielle.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Loogootee Methodist Church Food Pantry in memory of Janice.
