She was predeceased by: her husband John Hembree Sr.; her parent Helen Padgett (Street); her siblings, Phillip Street (Virginia), Robert Street, Ruth Meyer and Sandra Bleemel (Robert); and her brother-in-law Dave Qualkenbush.
She is survived by: her son Jeff Hembree; her siblings, Harold Street (Lila) and Vicki Qualkenbush; her daughter-in-law Paula Hembree; and her brother-in-law Gary Meyer. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the South Martin Cemetery.
