He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Burch and Beatrice Burch (Seals); his siblings, Joe Burch (Eileen), Tommy Burch (Edith), Charles Burch (Bernice), John Burch (Olive) and Rita Abplanalp; his daughter-in-law Ann Burch (Jones); and his brothers-in-law, Omer Wildman and Loran Walton.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Burch (Gootee) of Loogootee; his children, Chris Burch (Sandy) of Loogootee, Dennis Burch (Joan Zimmerman) of Indianapolis, Richard Burch (Joni) of Loogootee, Susan Arvin (Carl) of Loogootee and Leah Bradley (Chris) of Evansville; his sisters, Margie Walton and Eleanor Wildman; and his brother-in-law Gil Abplanalp. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
