It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie E. Fields (Loogootee, Indiana), who passed away on December 14, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Eugene and Goldie May Fields (Dillon); his former wife Joyce Marie Fields; his wife Helen JoAnn Fields; his children, Terri Lee Fields and Buddy Eugene Fields; and his siblings, Buddy Fields, LaRosa Fields and Laura Fields.
He is survived by: his son Tom Fields (Teresa) of Temple Terrace, Florida; his grandchildren, Dustin Greene (Sarah), Deanna Greene, Jerad Fields and Carissa Fields (Jared Dowdell); and his brothers, Charles Fields, Carl Fields (Betty) and Delbert Fields. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the National Kidney Foundation or the Martin County Humane Society.
