With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henry Taylor of Loogootee, Indiana, who passed away on August 15, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Timothy Wayne Taylor; his parents, Henry M. Taylor and Della Taylor (Chastine); his siblings, Fredrick "Fred" Taylor, William "Bill" Taylor, James Taylor, Julia Litton (Bob) and Hylia Jean Silver (Alan); and his former wife Delema Grissom Taylor.
He is survived by: his daughter Vonda Taylor of Loogootee; his siblings, Gerald Taylor (Lina) of California, Roger Taylor (Connie) of Plainville, Sylvia Rush of Bloomington and Lois Conklin (Robert "Doc") of Loogootee; his close friends, Kim Bateman, Denny Wagoner and Jimmy Payne; and his stepdaughters, Donna Bateman of Shoals and Kimberly Duzan of North Carolina. He is also survived by 78 nieces and nephews, several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
