He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jerome, Dorothy Williams and Sharon Fields; and his uncles, Joe Williams, Delbert Fields Jr. and Bill Cox.
He is survived by: his father Mark Fields (Williams) of Loogootee, IN; his sister Mindy Rose (Jarrod) of Loogootee, IN; his nephew Asher Rose of Loogootee, IN; and his grandfather Delbert Fields of Loogootee, IN. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
