She was predeceased by: her parents, Maximilian Mayer and Centa Mayer Heindle (Proll); her spouse Russell E. Jones; and her brother Ludwig "Wiggi" Mayer. She is survived by: her sons, Bradley Jones (Ellen) of Shelby, NC, Robert Jones (Karen) of Marion and Bruce Jones (Michelle) of Loogootee; her grandchildren, Amber Earle, John Jones, Chadwick Jones, Kimberly Jones, Morgan Imad and Mia Shaw; her sister Gerda Frank; and her nieces and nephews, Manuela Frank, Angelika Frank, Helmet Frank, Jr., Marcus Mayer, Susanne Diener and Michael Meier. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John the Evangelist Parish for St. Joseph Cemetery Fund, Friends of Loogootee Library or Martin County Humane Society.
