He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Elliott and Ada Elliott (Doyle); his siblings, Naomi Walters (Rocky), Martha Wolford (Merrill), Clarence Jr. (LaVon), Carl (Marie), Curt, Fred, Norbert and Larry Elliott; and his brother-in-law Bob VanWinkle.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Joan Mattingly; his daughter Judith Anne Wininger (Chris) of Canton; his grandchildren, Bryce Wininger (Kaitlin) of Harvest, Mercedes Wininger of Odon, Jayce Wininger (Kaitlin) of San Antonio and Alexia Wininger of Canton; his great grandchildren, Keely, Kara Wininger, Karsyn, Aryia Wininger and Evelyn Nora Wininger; his siblings, Donna VanWinkle of Loogootee, Tony Elliott (Debbie) of Indianapolis and Mike Elliott (Vonda) of Loogootee; and his siblings-in-law, Irene Elliott of Loogootee, Georgia Elliott of Loogootee, Mary Elliott of Harrison, Thelma Elliott of Wilmington, Patricia Tow of Fishers, Alberta Turner of Indianapolis, Bonnie Tennis of Washington and Tim Mattingly (Eleanor) of Montgomery.
