She is survived by: her husband Charles J. Fields of Loogootee; her sister Sherry Evans (Wayne) of Bloomfield; her nieces and nephews, Waylon Souerdike, Kelli Floyd (James), Ryan Souerdike, Josie Souerdike and Erin Hasler (Travis); and her father-in-law Charles T. Fields.
