He is survived by: his children, Cassie James Rush (Jason) of Indianapolis, Ethan Frye (Emma) of Loogootee and Dylan Frye of Las Vegas, Nevada; his grandchildren, William "Liam" Frye and Mya Frye; and his siblings, Kenny Frye (Susan) of Loogootee, Ron Frye (Sherri) of Loogootee, Sherry Green (Jeff) of Indianapolis, Patty Ryan of Camby and Jason "Bubba" Frye (Dana) of Bicknell. He is also survived by friends and relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be the Martin County Humane Society or St. Vincent De Paul Food Pantry.
