We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2024, at the age of 91, Benoni Willard Asdell (Loogootee, Indiana), born in Scotland, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Drib Asdell and Sophia Asdell; his former wife Jane; his daughter Elizabeth Ann; and his siblings, Kenneth Elwood Asdell, Davie Joe Asdell, Doris June Baron and Drima Faye Asdell.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Silagi Asdell; his children, Dr. Jay (Rulan), Dr. Susan Dorenbusch (Mike) and Dr. Steven (Tessa); his grandchildren, Dr. Patrick (Nicole), Joseph, Dr. Robert (Claire), Dr. Stephanie (Sachin), Will, Dr. Elizabeth and Ben; his brother Billy Nelson Asdell; his stepchildren, Steven Silagi (Cori) and Holly Clark (Jeffery); his stepgrandchildren, Stefanie Larson (Fabian), Shane Silagi and Austin Clark; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kyle and Eli; and also Wyatt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
