She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Holt and Louise Holt (Johnson); her husband Leland Lester Blake; her siblings, Bob Holt, Bernice Beecher and Virginia Earl; and her great grandchild Jalen Blake.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Blake (Joanne) of Jasper, Frank Blake (Judy) of Greenfield, Kermit Blake (Gale) of Bradenton, Joyce Shelton (Mark) of Bedford, Randy Blake (Patty) of Alfordsville, John Blake (Glenda) of Alfordsville and Roger Blake (Letha) of Alfordsville; and her siblings, Wayne Holt (Sue) of Mitchell and Joann Hall of Mitchell. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Alfordsville Cemetery.
