He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Harshman and Lois Harshman (Miller); his former wife Geneva Catherine Harshman (Humes); and his wife Rosetta Harshman (Green). He is survived by: his children, J. C. Harshman (Joetta), Joanna Rainwater, Dora Malm (G. W.) and Lois Johnston; and his grandchildren, Tina Duy, Kimberly Rose, Jennifer Cozad, Aron Rainwater, Emily Ulrich, Joshua Johnston, Summer Partington, Autumn Wall, Caleb Johnston, Winter Johnston, Micah Johnston and Spring Bishop. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; and seventeen great-great-grandchildren.
