He is survived by: his wife Sally; his sons, Greg Murray, Mike Murray (Meg) and Kevin Murray; his stepchildren, Shane Conrad, Dan Conrad (Vicky), Kim Fowler (Tony), Penny Smith (Jeff), Shawny Bortell (Scott), Lisa Ervin (Todd), Theresa Hudson (Jim), Tracey Berry (David) and Wes Hizer (Donna); and his sister Ruth Cook (Kent). He is also survived by several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
