He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Alice Bentley (Reel) and Chester Sr. Bentley; his siblings, Chester Jr., David, Keith and Brenda Purser (Bentley); and his sons, Matthew Bentley and Mark Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, William Scott Bentley (Jenny) of Noblesville, IN, Joe Krutz (Sherry) of Logansport, IN, Dale Campbell of Logansport, IN, Amy Mulvaney (Jeff) of Tipton, IN, Kim Goins (Roy) of Royal Center, IN and Cyndi Kropff (David) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; his brother Terry Bentley (Deborah); and his grandchildren, Anthony Mulvaney (Sandra), Jeffrey Mulvaney Jr. (Cassandra), Matthew Mulvaney, Shelby McKibben (Brandon), Alexander Bentley, Alyssa Kropff, Dylan Bentley, Emma Malott, Sam Malott, Shawn McPeak, Stephen McPeak, Shaela Strayer, Zach Hoover, Dustin Strayer, Jeremy Strayer, Jacob Strayer, Cheyenne Mulvaney, Eli Mulvaney, Rylyn Malott, Luca L Malott, LaShawn Buchanan and Natalia Buchanan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
