He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Hipsher Sr. and Madge Hipsher (Parker); his daughter-in-law Constance J. Hipsher (Seybold); his sister Judy Hoynacki; and his great grandchildren, Mikayla Blanton and Caitlyn Hipsher.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Tocco; his children, Karen Hipsher of Logansport, IN, Shawn Hipsher (Dawn Gainey) of Logansport, IN, William H. Hipsher III of Peru, IN, Christopher Hipsher (Debra) of Peru, IN and Brian Hipsher (Teri) of Fort Lauderdale, FL; and his brothers, Richard W. Hipsher (Bev) of Logansport, IN and James F. Hipsher (Sandy) of Roachdale, IN.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 64 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
