He is survived by: his spouse Jennifer Fiscel; his children, Stephanie Lynn Strahlem of Lebanon and Brandon Scott Shively of Logansport; his mother Carol Shively of Logansport; his siblings, Annette Russell (Steve) of Logansport, Darr Shively (Jodi) of Logansport and Michael Shively (Tracy) of Logansport; his grandchild Sydney Caroline Strahlem (Maggie Lucile Strahlem); his siblings-in-law, Kim Crist, Tami Fox, Mark Willis and Stephen Fiscel; his parent-in-law Joe; and his father Warren Shively. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
