He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Veral J. Palmer and Rosa Palmer (David); his wife Judy Eikenberry; his children, Thomas Palmer (Marissa) of Effingham, IL, Sally Markham (Timothy) of Logansport and Kathy Price (Jeremy) of Columbia City, IN; and his sister Margaret Ann Culp of Peru.
