He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Busch Jr. and Phyllis Busch (Moore); his son Chad R. Busch; his siblings, Tommy Busch and Rebecca; and his brother-in-law Stan Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Carma L. Hicks; his children, Brandon Busch (Heather) of Fort Leonard Wood, MO and Brooke Wynn (Andy) of Edmond, OK; his sisters, Cindy Pownell (Ron) of Ft. Myers, FL and Kathy King (Bill) of Onward; and his grandsons, Evan, Wyatt Busch, Luke and Asher Wynn.
