He was predeceased by: his father Larry D. Justice. He is survived by: his mother Carol J. Burkholder Justice of Peru; his sister Lee Ann Smith; his brother-in-law Chris of Roanoke; and his brothers, Brian Justice of Peru and Mark Justice of Monticello. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
