He was predeceased by: his parents, John Curtis and Phyllis Curtis (Shesler); and his sister Diana Neff. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Curtis (Stafford); his children, Tonya Koebler (Robert Twining) and Tom Curtis (Christina); his siblings, Kevin Curtis, Keith Curtis (Mitcheline), Theresa Shaver and Sheila Stearns; his grandchildren, Michael Koebler, Braxton Curtis, Cody Koebler, Baily Curtis and Brooklynn Curtis; and his great grandchild Holden Welker.
