She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Collins. She is survived by: her children, Cody Putnam of Logansport and Krista Kruger of Logansport; her father Russell Collins, Jr. of Logansport; her siblings, Mark Collins of Russell Collins, Ronnie Collins of Logansport, Sherry Pfaff, Brenda Farrell, Joyce Cunningham, Patti Collins and Reva Taylor; her grandchildren, Kerigan Wildrick, Katie Wildrick, Delaney Armstrong, Grant Putnam and Noah Osborn; her great grandchild Oliver Wildrick; and also, Mimi and Liliana Urbina.
