She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Victor Baumann and Marjorie Mehaffie Baumann; her husband Charles Phillipy; her children, Tressa Bowman (Stephen), Walton, Leslie Phillipy (Steven Blair) and Garrett Phillipy (Katherine); and her grandsons, Lucas Bowman (Abby) and Matthew Bowman.
