He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lewis Austin and Ruby Pauline Mullin Grimes; his wife Deborah Henry Pherson; his son Brent Grimes of Altoona, PA; his stepchildren, Molly Pherson (Brian Fischer), Abe Pherson, Ben Pherson and James Grimes (Irene); his siblings, Rita Musselman (Jim), James Grimes (Irene), Dan Beal (Lucinda) of Rome City, IN and Robert Beal (Angie); his grandchildren, Jacob Fischer, Finley Fischer, Morgan Pherson, Lillian Pherson, Neva Pherson, Violet Pherson, Rosemary Pherson, Josie Eckert (John) and Zoie Biddle (Emanuel); his great grandchildren, Silas Wright and Temperance Eckert; his brother Ronnie; and also Stan. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
