She was predeceased by: her stepfather Donald Plantz; her grandparents, Gary, Theresa Hall, Garold and Betty Field; her stepgrandparents, Robert and Alyce Plantz; her brother James Plantz; her uncles, Gary Hall, Mark Hall and Jim Hott; and her aunt Kathleen King.
She is survived by: her father Mark Field (Karen) of Kewanna; her pet Luna; her husband Brandon Collins of Logansport; her mother Lisa Plantz of Frostproof; her parents-in-law, Deb and Bill Drinkwine of Logansport; her children, Garret Gray (Robin) of Logansport, Gage Horn (Shealyn) of Vilseck, Germany and Grayce Horn of Galveston; her stepsons, Dodger Collins (Alexis) of Logansport, Brantlen Collins of Logansport and Mac Collins of Logansport; her grandchildren, Blake, Briar and Baleigh Gray; her stepgrandchildren, Launa, Laney and Luka; her siblings, Kevin Plantz (Melisa) of New Haven, Mark Field (Erica) of Kewanna, Kindra Field (Jen) of Rochester and Kristen Field of Rochester; and her aunts and uncles, Rodney Hall, Ryan Hall, Randy Hall (Kendra), Becky Hott, Neil (Kelly Field), Linda (Chet Good), Peggy Field, Jean (Carl Gray), Sandy (Bob Sutton), David (Lisa Field), Gail (Sue Field) and Carolyn Enyeart. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
