He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Jodi Blind and Gale Mann. He is survived by: his parents, Jayme Snow and Gage Schreyer; his siblings, Conner Snow and Keylani Schreyer; his grandparents, Holly Conrad (Matt), Rod, Layne Titus, Tyler and Christy Schreyer; his great-grandparents, Kenny, Theressia Roland, Gary and Kim Schreyer; and his aunts and uncles, Jacob Clothier (Amanda), Jessica Snow, Josh Snow, Brooklyn Schreyer, Garret Schreyer and Hilary Schreyer.
This beautiful boy was a gift to everyone who crossed his path and the gift of his beautiful heart will live on through the Indiana Donate Life Network. His parents made the choice to give the gift of live through organ donation.
