She was predeceased by: her parents, James Swank and Mae Swank (Blackburn); her siblings, John Swank, Donabelle Hinkle (Kenny), Kathryn Caldwell (Francis) and Joyce Layer Miller (Robert); and her brother-in-law Ralph Byers.
She is survived by: her siblings, Etta Byers (Gene) of Camden, Carol Swank (Robert) of Galveston, Bonnie Swank of New Jersey, Jerry (Kathy Swank) and Richard (Nina Holle); and also Pat Swank Hughes. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Harrison Chapel (304 S Chicago St, Royal Center, IN 46978). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
