He is survived by: his spouses, Charlene (Dewitt) and Jan Warner; his child Kandi Kruse (Brian) of Ft; his stepchildren, Liz Guntle (Steve) of Selma, IN, Brenda Creason (Bill Lidy) of Kokomo, Bethann Clover (Gary) of Kokomo, Jeff Hoover of Bunker Hill and Gary Hoover (Melissa) of Junsonia, AK; and his grandchildren, Jordan Van Horn of Logansport and Jayme Warner of Logansport.
