He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Crispen and Clyle Crispen (Enyart); his siblings, Floyd, John Crispen and Janet Murphy; and his son-in-law John Zook.
He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Scherer; his children, William (Amy) of Indianapolis, Katie Zook and Steve (Deanna); his granddaughters, Emily (Ryan Slavens), Colleen (Mike Cieslak), Melissa (Mark Lowry Jr.), Courtney (Freddie Newsom), Anne (Jeff Morris), Kristen (Jimmy Lemons) and Kathleen Crispen; and his great grandchildren, Berkley, Graham Slavens, Collette Cieslak, Camryn, Carson, Cassidy, Claire Lowry, Brinley, Brooks Newsom, Cole, Will, Jack, Claire Morris, JP and John Lemons.
