He was predeceased by: his sister Doloris Gundrum. He is survived by: his parents, Lawrence D. and Dora E. Schrader Kendall; his spouse Rita A. Morris; his children, Kathleen Holton (Greg), Linda Schaeffer (Robert), Palm Beach Gardens, Thomas J. Kendall and Los Angeles; his grandchildren, Matthew Holton (Angela), Benjamin Holton and Jennifer Lucky-Ballard (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Ashley Holton, Kendall Holton, Mason Holton, Kendall Lucky-Ballard and Fallon Lucky-Ballard.
