He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Dunkin and Mary Jane Dunkin (Kimberling); his wife Clarice "CJ" Tolson (Stanton); his brother Lester Paul Dunkin; his grandson Andrew Dunkin; and his nephew Dan Dunkin.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Dunkin of Logansport and Michelle Helvie (Edward) of Logansport; his stepchildren, David Tolson and Lynn Hullett; and his siblings, David Dunkin of Peru and Debra Dunkin of Logansport. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
