It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard C. Carty of Logansport, Indiana, who passed away on April 12, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Carty and Mollie Howard Carty. He is survived by: his wife Margie Clark Carty; his stepson Mikel "Mike" Smith (Barbara Stacey); his siblings, Shannon (Marcie), Dollie Mae Arnett of Kentucky and Theda Salyer (Bill) of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Joseph, Matthew, David, Bruce, Sandy, Angela, Mollie and Victoria; and his stepgrandchildren, Shane Hosler (Jaime), Shawn Wooldridge (Tori) and Mikel Smith.
