We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2020, at the age of 77, Richard Allen Dial (Logansport, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Dial and Dorothy Dial; his grandparents, Henry, Hattie Lutes, George and Bertha Dial; his uncle Donald; his aunt Lela Lutes; and his cousin Ronald Lutes.
He is survived by: his cousin Linda Lutes Welch; and also, Beth Ann Welch, Kelly Welch and Michael Welch.
