He was predeceased by: his father Ron Conrad. He is survived by: his mother Dinah Conrad (Miles) of St. Paul, Indiana; his children, Brandi Lesher (Zac) and Broc Conrad; his stepson Jeremy Arvin; his sister Pam Worthington; and his close friends, Hunter, Owen Lesher, Aubree and Cooper Conrad.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Rick may be made payable to "College Choice Advisor" to establish a 529 College Fund for each of his grandchildren.
