It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Charles Walter Jr. of Logansport, Indiana, born in Los Angeles, California, who passed away on September 27, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Charles Walter Sr. and Hazel Walter (Nelson); his wife Patricia L. Erny (Sievers); his children, Stephen, Larry Walter, Julie and Lisa Walter; his stepsons, Rod Erny (Sue) of Kokomo, Jeff Erny (Connie) of Galveston, Mark Erny (Stephanie) of Walton and Troy Erny (Janet) of Cape Canaveral, FL; and his brother-in-law David Sievers (Mary) of Logansport. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Logansport Church of The Brethren.
