He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Garver and Mary Pauline Garver (Bagwell); his spouse Donnabelle Butler; his grandchildren, Kimberly and Jeffrey Garver; and his brothers, Garold Garver and Paul Garver.
He is survived by: his son Jonathan; his daughter-in-law Rosalie Jane Garver of Monticello; and his niece Peggy Graves (Randy).
