She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Adkins and Wanda Swank Adkins; her daughter Dorothy Winegardner; her daughter-in-law Carol Costello; and her brother Bill Adkins.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Costello (Kim) of Logansport, David Jr. Costello (Sue) of Logansport, England of Logansport, Jim Costello (Terri) of Logansport, Brian Costello of Logansport, Monica Baker (Terry) and Melanie McGuin (Mike); and her brother Bob Adkins.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Kroeger-Crain Funeral Home (711 E Market St, Logansport, IN 46947). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children's Hospital or the American Heart Association.
