He was predeceased by: his father Marvin G. Mooney; and his brother Joel K. Mooney. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Mooney (Campbell); his wife Kimberly Mooney (Fisher); his children, Daniel Mooney, Bayli Llewellyn (Carter), Brandy Komos (Emily), Keva Mooney, Jade Mooney and Ross Fisher; his siblings, Ronald Mooney (Connie), Terry Mooney (Bernie), Tammy Long and Carrie Lynn Mooney; and his grandchildren, Lola Fisher, Amelia Llewellyn, Judah Llewellyn and Nora Komos.

Memorial contributions may be made in Mike's honor to Clinton County Humane Society.
