He was predeceased by: his father Glen Allen Cooke. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Cooke (Kuhn); his daughter Erin Michelle Wojtysiak (Adam); his sisters, Kathy Russell (Jeff Emmons) and Susan Cooke; and his grandsons, Colson and Miles Wojtysiak. He is also survived by several Aunts and Uncles and many cousins.
