He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Richard and Maria Clem (Snyder); his siblings, Mike, Butch, John, Roy, Harold Clem, Betty Wheeler and Helen Murphy; and his son Samuel Allen Clem.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Dart (Bruce) and Karla Baer; his grandchildren, Matthew, Adam Dart, Amy Titus (Schlene) of Sarah Vaughan, TJ and Jessica Broyles; and his great grandchildren, Mykel, Malachi, Ethan Vaughan, Breanna Richter and Boston DeWitt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
His second love was the game of golf, again competing in city and county tournaments as well as many charity events.
