She was predeceased by: her grandmothers, Belinda Howell and Diana Wolf. She is survived by: her parents, Kimberly Wolf and Ashley Lay-Wolf; her siblings, Ryan Wolf (Stephanie), Kelsey Lay (Jarod), Austin Wolf (Madison), Wyatt Lay, Jordyn Wolf and Jaxsyn Wolf; and her grandparents, Ronald Wolf, Troy Davis, Linda Dickensheet, Donna, Danny Bowlin, Melvin Howell and Debbie Cook.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Logansport Chapel (1801 Chase Rd, Logansport, IN 46947). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Camelot Patient Activity Fund or the Keystone Hospice Foundation.
