She is survived by: her husband Clark Hostetler; her daughter Kaley DeFord; her stepdaughter Brittany Hostetler; her brothers, Bryan Lee (Janell) and Ron Lee (Carla); her grandchildren, Leeliand and Shaylee DeFord; and her stepgrandchildren, Jalenn Hostetler, Jiraiya, Asbel and Sion Miley.
