He was predeceased by: his former wife Nellie Maude Stackhouse Overly. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Michael; his daughters, Andrea Abney (Jody) and Inga Overly; his stepdaughter Robyn Fritchey (Jason); his grandchildren, Nathanael Abney (Becca), Dartanyan Abney and Francesca Abney; his stepgrandson Jacob Bilvin (Ed Rardin); and his siblings, Walt Overly (Gail), Glen Overly (Dessa) and Earlene Purvis.
