She was predeceased by: her parents, John Shields and Nellie Shields (Malone); and her husband Ronald L. Evans. She is survived by: her sons, John of Florida, Jeff of Florida, Jim of Florida, Steve Boatright (Deb) and Jeri Sadler (Tom); her grandchildren, Jamie Townsend, Chris Sadler, Tanya Davis (Allen) and Brooke Boatright; her great grandchildren, Chelsey, John, Katie, Lucas, Gabriel, Tristan, Kimmie, Jacob, Abby and Odyssey; her siblings, Singer Shields, John Dale Shields, Betty Roberts, Ruth Mae and Dan Shields; and her granddaughter Lisa Eastham.
