She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Charles Harkin and Evadne Idella Harkin Hyman (Kranz); her husband Anthony "Tony" Forshee; her son Ronald Lee Justice, Jr.; her brother James "Jim" Harkin; her stepfather Donald Hyman; and her brother-in-law Ricky Herrell.
She is survived by: her sister Cheryl Jane Herrell; her sister-in-law Debby Harkin of Noblesville, IN; and her grandchildren, Zoie Jean and David Lee Justice. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
